We're proud that our website and every website that our design team Designs By Wylde create will be now be certified Carbon Neutral. We work together with Tree Nation who automatically calculate and compensate for all the CO2 emissions they generate. The system calculates the usage of each website and then plants the trees needed to offset these emissions meaning that they will be "Net Zero Websites".

Why it’s important to offset your websites’ emissions?

​

Every year, a website releases several kilograms of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. When a website is used, data is transferred to and processed in remote servers. The electricity consumed by these servers and by our computers accounts for 2% of the world’s air pollution, as much as the airline industry!

​

For this reason, Tree-Nation have developed a “Net Zero Website label”, a simple tool that allows them to make any website CO2 neutral.
